On the 15th, our group was headed to Rangeley and called Quick Sled to let them know we were running a little late and to please hold the sleds. The young man that answered the phone said that there was only one 2-up snowmobile reserved under my name, not the three I had reserved. The owner got on the phone and said that he could refund my card. I was upset that we had to change plans and I hung up the phone. So my wife called them back and spoke with the owner and asked for the full refund which he said he would process.
It has been almost a month and my credit card company, Discover, has no record of receiving a refund for my account. Additionally, Quick Sled did not just charge my credit card the deposit as I was originally told, they charged it the full price for the rental. Besides the conversation my wife had with the owner, I have talked to the owner on two separate occasions since he has still not processed the refund, despite saying that it had been done. The last time we spoke he stated that he would call his bank and get back to me, but he has not. Now when I call, I just get his voicemail and he has not returned my calls.

I can explain in words how awesome this place is , if you need to rent , repair or buy any snowmobile stuff this is the place. Joe and his crew makes you feel like family and will do anything to help you out , they made my horrible experience up there turn into a beautiful family vacation and experience. I can't express my sense of gratitude what Quick Sled did for me and made my memory of Rangely Maine unforgettable !!!!
Back in February 6th I called Quick Sled Rental and Recovery to see about the availability of snowmobile rentals for the weekend of February 15th. I needed three "2-up" snowmobiles for our family group of six people. The young man I spoke with on the phone said they had three available for the 15th and I said that I would like to reserve them. He asked me for my credit card information and told me that he needed it to process a deposit for the rentals. He confirmed that I was reserving three 2-up's for the 15th and said that I was all set.
